Support the activities of the customer support team (mainly email and chat support) of Coracle GmbH, a young and dynamic online provider of banking and insurance products for international students (location Hamburg)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance via email, chat and phone to our customers (international students).
- Participation in daily team meetings (currently online).
- Improve and develop FAQs, solution guides etc.,
- Support the management team with your ideas and market knowledge
