The European Master of Science in Midwifery at the MHH has existed since 2009 and was carried out together with the ZUYD University of Applied Science and the HES-SO University of Applied Science of Western Switzerland for many years. Its graduates work in leading positions in practice and teaching or have been able to continue their research careers. The midwifery research and teaching unit at the MHH aims to Advanced both the midwifery profession as a whole and the quality of midwifery care through research and teaching. This opens up new educational and professional opportunities for midwives, and midwifery research as a whole will be further developed so that it best meets the needs of women and their families.

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes a Bachelor degree or equivalent in midwifery or a related field with professional experience as a midwife of at least one year full-time or two years part-time.
