The unique Flood Risk Master programme integrates science, engineering and socioeconomic topics through a range of courses taught by leading experts at four European universities: TU Dresden (Germany), IHE Delft (Netherlands), Technical University of Catalonia (Spain) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). Successful students graduate with MSc degrees from IHE Delft, TU Dresden,UPC Barcelona and University of Ljubljana. Integrated flood risk management aims to reduce the human and socio-economic losses caused by flooding while taking into account the social, economic and ecological benefits from floods and the use of flood plains or coastal zones.

Minimum entry requirement includes a Bachelor degree in civil or environmental engineering, but otherwise in geosciences, environmental sciences, limnology, oceanography, geography, geology or natural resources with 180 ECTS.
