The international Master degree in Power Engineering is to impart knowledge about sustainable energy supply in a European context. The main focus of the course is the concept of safe inexpensive and environmentally friendly energy production as one of the most urgent global challenges of the 21st century. The course works closely with regional and national energy suppliers in order to ensure a practical education that enables students to carry out independent and applied research work. The program covers the entire spectrum of energy research in the field of traditional and renewable energies and has an industrial orientation. Entry Requirements

Applicants must hold the Bachelor of Science in electrical or thermal power engineering or related technical fields or equivalent degrees.

Very good knowledge in basic areas of mathematics, physics, computer science, basis of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering as well as subject-specific knowledge in the areas of electrical or thermal energy engineering.
