The Master Programme Public Management in International Cooperation – Designing African European and Intra-African Relations (PMIC) is all about improving the capabilities of local, regional, and international mainly public actors working in African-European or Intra-African relations to cooperate internationally. The extra-occupational PMIC Master programme has been developed in close cooperation of partner universities in Germany, Ethiopia, Senegal, and South Africa, namely the University of Applied Administrative Sciences Kehl, the Ethiopian Civil Service University in Addis Ababa, the Centre Africain d'Études Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG) and the Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) in Dakar, and Stellenbosch University nearby Cape Town. The programme is run by the University of Kehl, Germany, in close cooperation with Its partners.

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes a university degree based on at least 180 ECTS credits or six semesters of study (preferred in fields of study: administrative, legal, social, political or economic sciences) with at least two years of work experience in international cooperation, in public administration, or in relation to one of these fields.
