The Brandenburg Technical University (BTU) Cottbus-Senftenberg is a campus university with three locations: Cottbus central campus, Cottbus-Sachsendorf campus, and Senftenberg campus. Around 6,800 students are enrolled at BTU, with approximately 2,450 coming from abroad. 677 academic employees, 339 of whom are third-party funded, 686 non-academic employees, 74 of whom are third-party funded, 15 trainees (figures in full-time equivalents, as of 12/2021, to full digits rounded).
