AIHE Academic Institute for Higher Education 

Since 2006, AIHE GmbH, formerly known as ALP Akademisches Lehrinstitut für Psychologie GmbH, has provided scientific further education on behalf of universities and institutions of higher learning. AIHE GmbH belongs to the company the GENSEL GROUP (founded in 2002). With a focus on application orientation, AIHE's teaching in its further education master's degree courses offers a professional connection between science and practice. Students can therefore behave more deliberately and with a stronger scientific foundation by observing which theories and models are already present and functional in their day-to-day work without being aware of it. In collaboration with universities and other higher education institutions both domestically and abroad, AIHE GmbH assists in the design and delivery of master's degree programs and teaching courses. Students enroll at the appropriate partner university, which also confers the academic degree. Additionally, quality control is carried out in close cooperation with the partner institution. AIHE GmbH provides organizational, financial, and conceptual help. AIHE GmbH provides student assistance, instruction, examination acceptance and evaluation, and master's dissertation evaluation. Only if the transfer from practice to theory has already occurred can the transfer of theory to practice be successful. And this is where the expertise of GENSEL GROUP is useful. In order to attain a high level of application orientation, the collective experiences of GENSEL GROUP personnel are used in the creation of new degree courses, in addition to many others. 23 permanent and contract employees have joined AIHE GmbH in the last six months, demonstrating the company's success in assembling a strong team.
