Heritage conservation and site management

The Master program euro hydroinformatics and water management is Human intervention in the environment creates situations  which are becoming increasingly complicated to deal with in the context of global climate change and world population growth. The management of water resources from the point of view of self-sustaining development is thus one of the major challenges of our time. A global goal must therefore be to avoid or at least to minimize the risk of crises in water supply  irrigation  flooding and sewage treatment.

The Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) is a private , state-recognized university of applied sciences and was founded in Bielefeld in 2000 by the Paderborn District Crafts Association, the Ostwestfalen-Lippe Chamber of Crafts in Bielefeld and the West German Chamber of Crafts . The shareholder today is the Education & Crafts Foundation from Paderborn. It offers bachelor's and master's degree programs in the fields of business, technology, media and communication, sports, health and nutrition, education and social affairs, and psychology.
 
 The FHM's studies are organized into trimesters. Courses are held during the first two months of each trimester. The exam preparation phase is followed by the exam phase for the module exams. Every event and module conclude with an examination. Full-time courses, part-time courses for professionals, distance learning courses, and dual study models developed in collaboration with industry are all available at the university. 
 
 The Fachhochschule des Mittelstands equips its students with skills that are in high demand on multiple levels. The university was founded in 1886 as Königliche Seedampf-Maschinistenschule (Royal School for Naval Steam Machinists). The FUAS primarily educated marine engineers and officers until 1975. Over the last 30 years, the study program has grown to include all major engineering and information technology disciplines, as well as a business administration school.
 
 Today, the FUAS focuses on nautical engineering, communication technology, biotechnology, and renewable energy engineering. This focus is supported by the state of Schleswig-Holstein, which is one of the leading European regions in the application of renewable energy and environmental technologies, with wind energy and biogas accounting for roughly one-third of its electricity consumption.
 
 The lecturers are easily accessible to the approximately 3500 students on the green Flensburg campus of short distances - both before and after the class times. The teachers are also very close to practice and business needs.  FUAS is merged with the University of Flensburg (Universität Flensburg). The Auditorium Maximum lecture hall, the central library, a large park area, student residences, a kindergarten, a sports and fitness center, and the canteen (Mensa), as well as several small cafeterias and a student's pub, are all part of the infrastructure. The campus is about one mile from the main railway station, and the beach is about five miles away.

Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (FUAS)

Germany's largest private university is the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. The business school is privately run, collaborates closely with other universities,[3][third-party source required], and is state accredited. The FOM is Germany's largest private university, with over 42,000 students. It also has the largest faculty of economic and business sciences in Germany.

Fulda University of Applied Sciences

The Hasso Plattner Institute (Hasso-Plattner-Institut für Digital Engineering gGmbH), abbreviated HPI, is a German information technology institute and faculty of the University of Potsdam located in Potsdam near Berlin. The teaching and research of HPI are focused on "IT-Systems Engineering". HPI was founded in 1998 and is the first, and as of 2018 the only entirely privately funded faculty in Germany. It is financed entirely through private funds donated by billionaire Hasso Plattner, who co-founded the software company SAP SE, and is currently the chairman of SAP's supervisory board. 
 
 HPI offers the innovation-oriented and practically based studies in "IT-Systems Engineering" with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and master degrees in Digital Health, Data Engineering and Cybersecurity. Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI)

The Hertie School (until 2019 Hertie School of Governance) is a private, independent graduate school of governance (public policy, international affairs, and data science) in Berlin's Friedrichstraße. It is a public policy school that offers master's and doctoral degrees. Half of the Hertie School's students are international, with alumni and current students from more than 95 countries represented. Both academics and campus life are well accessible with English language. 
 
 The Hertie School's research focus, which has been in place since its inception, is on the conditions, structures, and dynamics of governance. Located in the German state of Saxony, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, formerly Handelshochschule Leipzig, is a private, state-approved institution with university status, able to grant doctoral and habilitation degrees. SRH Hochschule in Nordrhein-Westfalen

The Stuttgart Media University or Media University (German: Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart or Hochschule der Medien) is a state university of media studies in Stuttgart, Germany. Stuttgart Media University

The Technische Universität Darmstadt, generally known as TU Darmstadt or the Technical Institution of Darmstadt in English, is a research university in the German city of Darmstadt. Its official name is the Technical University of Darmstadt. It was established in 1877, and in 1899 it was granted the authority to confer doctorates.

It has 118 degree programs, 24.985 students (of which 32% women and 22% foreign students), 3.911 graduates (of which 32% women and 15% foreign graduates), and  442 doctorates awarded (of which 24% women and 21% foreign doctoral candidates)

The research profile, has 12 Collaborative Research Centers and SFB/Transregio of the German Research Foundation, 1 LOEWE Research Centre and 12 LOEWE Research Clusters (incl. participations), 5 DFG Graduate Schools and 4 Cluster Initiatives funded by the State of Hesse (incl. participations). At TU Darmstadt, they solve basic research problems and implement scientific discoveries in technical and social processes.

Its staff includes 319 professors (of which 66 are female), 2.665 academic employees (of which 735 are female), 1.934 non-academic employees (of which 1.160 are female), and 138 trainees (of which 46 are female).

TU Darmstadt

The Fachhochschule Potsdam is a University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, which lies in the capital of the German federal state of Brandenburg. It was established in 1991, and the first classes were held in the winter semester of 1991–1992.

There are two locations for the Fachhochschule Potsdam. The majority of the classes are held in the former Adolf-Hitler Barracks of the Wehrmacht Infantry Regiment 9 at the Pappelallee Campus in northern Potsdam.

With more than 30 bachelor's and master's degree programs that emphasize practical application, the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam provides both prospective students and current students with clear employment opportunities. 3,600 students from Germany and other countries are supervised by more than 100 professors.

The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam's study programs are offered in German and demand for language proficiency at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference. German language proficiency is not required for admission to the Childhood Studies and Children's Rights master's program in English. However, it is advised to have a basic understanding of German.

An international network of about 80 partner universities makes up the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. In addition to facilitating easy and cost-free completion of a semester abroad for University of Applied Sciences students, this collaboration also fosters exchange at the teaching and research levels. All facilities, with the exception of the Medical Faculty, are located in a small area south of the city center of Augsburg, which includes a large park area with a "Uni-See" (university pond). Short distances guarantee simple communication between researchers as well as favorable settings for students.

There are now about 40 universities in Germany that offer medical degrees. Since the winter semester of 2019–20, Augsburg has included medicine to the curriculum. To ensure that doctors in training are well-prepared at the new faculty, a model study course has been created. There are currently twelve of these in Germany; the University of Augsburg is the first to provide a model program of study in Bavaria.

University of Augsburg

The University of Passau, or Universität Passau in German, is a public research university founded on October 9, 1978, in Passau, Lower Bavaria, Germany. Its first semester enrollment was 463 students.

There are now 39 distinct undergraduate and graduate degree programs offered at its four faculties. On its university campus, which is a short distance from Passau's Old Town, about 12,000 students from more than 100 different countries and about 1,100 primary employees in the academic units and academic support divisions are working on research, teaching, and support activities for higher education. This campus has won multiple architectural awards in addition to being well-equipped in terms of technology infrastructure.

The library was founded with the university in 1978 and welcomed Passauer residents and students that same year. Together with the five faculty and institution libraries, the central library serves as the university's primary library. Currently, there are two million volumes and 3,050 journals in the university library. Each of the 1,000 desks in the reading rooms, which are available 16 hours a day, is for library patrons.

The University of Passau is renowned for its international orientation and atmosphere outside of Germany and Bavaria. Approximately 236 international universities throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia have cooperative partnerships with the university, allowing students enrolled there to complete parts of their studies abroad.


University of Passau

German city of Bremen is home to the University of the Arts Bremen, also known as Hochschule für Künste Bremen or HfK Bremen. Since its founding in 1873, it has become one of the most renowned artistic institutes. There are about 900 students, 65 professors, and about 180 assistant professors at the University of the Arts Bremen's Fine Arts and Design Faculty and Music Faculty, respectively.

The University of the Arts Bremen is a center for education and culture. At the University of the Arts, practice, education, and research all coexist in a distinctive learning environment that blends art, music, design, and science.

The University of the Arts Bremen's Faculty of Art & Design offers programs in Fine Arts, Integrated Design, and Digital Media, enabling the institution to provide students with the highest level of individualized support in addition to a wide range of opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and experimentation. Performance, Music Education, Church Music, and Orchestral Academy are the four areas of specialization for the Bachelor's and Master's degrees offered by the Faculty of Music.

Volunteers (FKJ) and tutors (student assistants) from the International Office are delighted to assist full-time international students and visitors with any issues or problems that may occur, such as trips to the authorities or the search for housing. They assist students with settling into Bremen, plan extracurricular activities, offer useful guidance on language course options, and take part in the initial outreach to refugees.
