The International Business at CBS can provide you with the decisive career advancement that a normal business studies programme may not be able to offer. As the world of business has become globalized, almost every kind of business today is international business. This can be seen by the fact that the company language of large, international corporations and German medium-sized companies is often English. The reason: customers and company locations around the world require comprehensive, international business know-how from their employees. This also being the reason why English is the study language for our degree programme – and internationality is at Its core.

In order to commence your studies with us, you must first successfully complete our selection process. The interviews take place regularly and are carried out via Skype.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The semester fee 350  covers Semester ticket, Students Union/Studierendenwerk, University Sport/ Hochschulsport and Student Parliament

Cambridge English First (FCE), BEC Vantage and further certificates are accepted and The tests must not be older than two years.

Master of Arts Development Studies aims at professionalizing those already working in development or others for whom an e-learning program seems most fitting. It offers a solid academic base in the field of development studies. Students learn relevant theories that are necessary to critically reflect current practices in the field of humanitarian and development aid. Courses such as project planning, monitoring and evaluation Advanced students’ practical competencies. Academic competencies taught in the area of research methods and writing skills enable a continuation in a scientific career. Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Applicants who received their B.A. degree in an English-language program are exempt from providing English language proof certificate. These applicants submit a certificate from the university indicating that the medium of instruction at the university is English

The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, founded on January 1, 1995, is a dynamic and research-oriented university. It is located in the heart of the liveable Rhineland and offers around 9,500 students ideal learning and research opportunities, supervised by around 1,000 employees, 150 of whom are professors. The H-BRS is intensively involved in practical research works. A total of 17 research institutes covers a wide range of topics from detection technologies, genetics, sustainable development, resource conservation, security research and visual computing. 
 
 The university has 3 campuses: Hennef, Rheinbach, and Sankt Augustin. Together with the University and RWTH Aachen University, it runs the Bonn-Aachen International Center for Information Technology (b-it) in Bonn. Students at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences can expect practice-oriented studies based on current research findings in approximately 40 courses. There is also a variety of continuing education and certificate programs available.
 
 The professors have backgrounds in both science and business. They consider an excellent technical infrastructure and well-equipped laboratories to be as natural as numerous PC pools, university-wide W-Lan, a modern university and district library, and an active campus life. The H-BRS consolidates its numerous cooperative doctorates in the university's own graduate institute; currently, over 90 doctoral students are enrolled at the H-BRS for doctoral studies.
 
 H-BRS describes its strategic goals for teaching, research, transfer, international affairs, and sustainability in the current university development plan (HEP3). H-BRS has an excellent technical infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and PC pools with network access. In our university and district libraries in Sankt Augustin, Rheinbach and Hennef you can borrow the latest media, even as a guest user. The university 's own language centre offers general and specialist language courses.

With roughly 23,500 students and 7,500 staff members, it is presently a public university of the state of Hesse that is situated in Marburg, a town with 76,000 residents, with university facilities scattered across or near the town center. 
 
 The highest proportion of international students in Hesse, at around 14%, attend this school. Additionally, it provides student exchanges through the Erasmus program and an international summer university program. Today, it offers excellent teaching in a wide range of subjects in a total of 16 departments. Future-oriented topics with high relevance for society determine research in Marburg.
