The University of Applied Sciences Zwickau is based in the automotive and Robert Schumann city of Zwickau. It was originally established in 1897 as an engineering school and refounded as a University of Applied Sciences in 1992. Since then, the Schneeberg, Reichenbach, and Markneukirchen locations have been added. More than 3300 students from all over the world attend the WHZ. They offer various options for students to make the most of their time with us while also assisting them in the development of a variety of skills necessary for future employment. Technology, business, health, languages, and applied arts are among the subject areas where courses are given. The WHZ has strong international collaborations with national and multinational businesses like Volkswagen and Audi as well as other universities in China and the United States, allowing students the ability to get valuable experience that will prepare them for life after graduation. Nearly 1000 young people from Germany and other countries begin their studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau each year. Students won't, however, become lost in the crowd here.
