International Business (International Finance)

The hallmark of Osnabrück's English and American Studies is the close integration of the sub-disciplines of linguistics, literature and cultural studies. Special focus of research and teaching are language, literature and culture of the English Renaissance (with a focus on Shakespeare), language in context, "Late Modern English", English-language children's and young adult literature, American literature and culture (especially Visual Culture Studies and American Legal Culture), contemporary British culture and English vocabulary and how it is conveyed.

Public Governance Across Borders

The Master program allows students to expand and deepen the skills, specialized knowledge, and methodological skills that they attained in  previous studies. They will gain an overview of the current status of research in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, systems biology, and biotechnology. The skills they acquire in the Master program qualify them for work in research, teaching, and development, for example at universities and other scientific institutions, as well as biotech or biomedical companies, and also in administration and management.Students will focus on the dynamics and processes of protein synthesis and function, as well as their interactions at the intra- and extracellular levels.
