The M.A. Development Studies programme enables students to develop the Advanced knowledge, analytical skills, and conceptual frameworks required to understand and navigate the complexities of economic and social development. Students enrolled in the programme gain insights into the economic, social, ethical, and cultural contexts and constraints of development. The programme provides outstanding opportunities to put theory into practice through international field research, with a strong focus on integrating quantitative and qualitative methods.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Semester contributions totaling 91.00 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student Union fee 62.00 EUR and Semester Ticket fee 29.00 EUR

The aim of the MSc Forest Sciences is to train students to become forest experts who can work on the current challenges and questions of ecologically, economically and socially sustainable forest management in science and practice in a national and international environment.

The Semester contributions totaling 161 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Students union fee (SWFR) 84 EUR, Administrative fee 70 EUR and student council fee 7 EUR

Astrophysics

The International Graduate Studies in Mechatronics is an interdisciplinary study program. Students of Mechatronics join from all around the world so the course is designed to first integrate the knowledge of students coming from various fields and cultures (alignment subjects). 
In the second and third semester relatively complex courses are offered providing students with broad knowledge in mechanical as well as electrical engineering.
