Analytical science is becoming increasingly significant: Fast and precise analytical methods are more important than ever in research, quality control, and production monitoring. You can study Bioanalytical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis (M.Sc.) in two full-time semesters and gain professional knowledge of modern analytical methods and the correct classification of the results these methods deliver. By studying analytical methods you will learn about the key legal requirements that play a major role in the development, registration, production, and distribution of medicinal products. You will also spend plenty of time on quality assurance – precision is key for analytical methods, requiring a keen awareness of quality. Fascinating lectures will also provide insights into the world of proteins, nucleic acids, and polysaccharides and their importance in physiological processes.

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes completed a Bachelor degree in a chemistry-related field of study (analytics, chemistry, pharmacy, physics, biology) with a minimum of 240 credit points (or equivalent) with final grade of 2.5 or better.

In the case of a lower grade point average, your aptitude for the study program can be demonstrated in a separate admissions interview or as part of an admissions test.
