The MSc International Areas Studies - Global Change Geography focuses on today’s major international challenges.These include, opportunities and risks of globalisation, perspectives of the world economy, emergence and effects of international conflicts, land use change and Its ecological impact, dealing with limited resources and climate change with Its consequences. With the MSc International Area Studies – Global Change Geography you have the opportunity to study and critically analyse these and other aspects on the basis of an interdisciplinary, closely linked range of subjects, both conceptually and in the actual regional context. 

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

International Area Studies - Global Change Geography

The Systems Engineering and Engineering Management programme will equip graduates with the skills to integrate Advanced technology into a wide variety of industrial applications and research topics, e.g. control systems design, digital signal processing, machine learning, Advanced production engineering, embedded systems. The course will incorporate modern engineering technologies and major non-technical (e.g. management studies) elements, as both these areas are important aspects of modern industrial and engineering practice and research.
