Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes successfully completed Bachelor degree comprising at least 180 ECTS points (at least 30 ECTS in economics subjects).

For applicants who have not completed a first degree in economics, but have completed a first degree in a different subject: You can qualify for the Master degree through relevant professional experience. Alternatively, ISM offers the pre-Master . Within one semester you will receive sound business knowledge and the missing 30 ECTS in the field of economics.

The admission process consists of a case study and an interview.

Good to know

English language proficiency can also be proven as follows: At least 30 ECTS in an English-language university program or a native speaker (individual examination)

If you do not have valid proof of English, you can provide this as part of the preparation and presentation of your case study at the entrance test. If there are deficits in English, an external proof of English language skills must be provided and presented

International students must also have very good knowledge of the German language, proven by at least a completed intermediate level at the Goethe Institute or an equivalent examination
