It is a program of study which bridges the gap between the disciplines of computer science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. The aim of the program is to provide students with a theoretical as well as practical scholarly grounding in cognitive computing and cognitive technologies, so that graduates are in a position to utilise their skills for concrete, economically relevant and industrial applications. Minimum requirement includes Bachelor degree program in a relevant subject. Examples of relevant degree programs are (business) informatics, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, (computer) linguistics, mathematics, natural sciences or engineering. The Bachelor degree program is suitable for the subject to admission if the following examination credits have been successfully completed with: a) at least 15 ECTS credits from the field of formal methods, such as quantitative methods, mathematics, statistics or logic; b) at least 25 ECTS credits from the fields of (Business) Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Neuroinformatics or Computational Linguistics.
