Master degree programme in Computational Methods in Engineering is interdisciplinary in nature. Graduates have an Advanced knowledge of mathematics, computer science and mechanics, enabling them to resolve issues in a wide range of fields of work.

The Semester contributions totalling 404.12 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student union fee 115.00 EUR, Semester Card (semester ticket GVH+ semester ticket for the whole federal state) fee 194.01 EUR, Student Body fee 15.80 EUR, Bike Workshops fee 1.11 EUR, Administrative fee 75 EUR, Culture ticket fee 1.00 EUR and Semester Ticket Default fee 2.20 EUR
Minimum requirement includes a Bachelor Degree in an Engineering subject such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Furthermore applicants must have 15 CP in Mathematics, 18 CP in Mechanics, Statics, Kinematics, Kinetics, Elastostatics, 12 CP in Computer Science, Computer Programming, 10 CP in Natural Science, 6 CP in Numerical Methods/Finite Element Methods and 5 CP in Foundations of Probability Theory and Statistics.
Applicants must submit curriculum activity certificates related to computational field
Additionally, applicants from India, Vietnam and the People’s Republic of China need to submit APS certificate
