The Bachelor of Arts program in Culture and Economy consists of a major and a combination major. The core subject, English and American Studies, looks at aspects of literature, culture and language from the English-speaking world. Through courses in Literary Studies, students learn the basic principles of scientific literary analysis. Courses on culture focus on the cultural history of Great Britain and the USA, and involve the analysis, for example, of films, music, advertisements, and articles. Students also study Linguistics (including the theories and methods of language acquisition and development, and multilingualism) and receive language instruction.

The Semester contributions totaling 194.30 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Administration fee 70.00 EUR, Student Union fee 110.30 EUR and Constituted student body fee 14.00 EUR
Minimum requirement includes university entrance qualification or equivalent.
