Course Details

In this degree students expand their dancing capabilities and acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about dance and art, dance and architecture, and also dance and film. This includes historical, perceptive, analytical, medical, organisational and medial aspects. Students are instructed by international guest teachers and choreographers. The training places particular emphasis on a close relationship with artistic practice. Students therefore are given many opportunities, even during their studies, to appear before an audience.

A fee of 30.00 EUR has to be paid. The fee is due with sending the application documents and will not be refunded.

Tuition fees are charged according to age group that is students who are 21 years old and younger have to pay 280.50 EUR tuition fees per semester. For other age groups, the semester fee is 233.70 EUR

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes a school-leaving certificate from a secondary or senior secondary school or has an entrance qualification recognised to be equivalent to such and a particular artistic aptitude.

other requirements include physical aptitude, fantasy of movement and ability to express oneself through dance, musicality, and a dance background in the subjects of ballet, contemporary dance and improvisation at the level required for the Bachelor programme.

The following language certificates are recognised as a proof of English language proficiency: Cambridge Certificate: Preliminary English Test (PET), TOEFL (iBT), IELTS, UNICERT. Native English-speaking applicants are exempted from providing English language certificates

Tips

Applicants has to upload application videos that present skills in modern/contemporary dance, ballet and in improvisation (duration of 1 to 5 minutes)
