The packaging, regardless of the material and for which product, has meanwhile become ubiquitous and taken for granted. Very few are aware of the small technical marvels they are holding in their hands and how much know-how is behind them. Every food is different and is therefore produced and packaged differently. The development of packaging that ensures that the product tastes good and looks good even weeks later brings together a wide range of disciplines such as materials and their sustainability, business administration, design, process engineering, robotics and microbiology. The topics of sustainability and recycling will become even more important in the future.
In the Bachelor degree, you will acquire the scientific and practical expertise to develop packaging that meets these diverse requirements.
Note: If you start your studies in the summer semester, you will study in the StudyFLEX program. What does StudyFLEX mean? The basic course is stretched from 2 to 3 semesters and supplemented by supporting events (bridging courses, tutorials, mentoring, study advice, orientation in the professional field). The originally 7-semester course is thus designed for 8 semesters, in which 210 cp are acquired. The aim of Bachelor degree Electrical and Electronic Engineering is to prepare students for their professional careers as engineers in the areas that were previously occupied by graduates of the diploma courses in electrical engineering and information technology. The new discipline is called microsystem technology. The future development will certainly result in the integration of microsystem components with microelectronic devices. In order to be able to cope with this challenge the TUHH has introduced the innovative Master program in microelectronics and microsystems which combines both aspects. The program consists of various required elective courses covering the fields of communication, computer science and signal processing.

International Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Part Time)

The aim of the biomedical chemistry course is to act as a link between the three disciplines and thus to bundle approaches and strategies from the individual areas. The Master degree in biomedical chemistry has a clear focus on the areas of biochemistry, organic chemistry, Pharmacology and pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry as well as elective subjects from the field of biomedicine.
