Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) program deals with both the creation and the management of systems that integrate people, materials, and energy in productive ways. It covers topics such as process engineering, operations research, supply chain management, engineering design, logistics, project management, and others. During their studies at Jacobs University, students are equipped with the essentials of both the management and the engineering business functions and thus they are prepared for successful careers in industry.

Physics Fast Track

Heidelberg University

The Master in Finance expands your knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxation, financial law, controlling and financial rating and trains you to become an expert in financial management. The program will sensitize you to current finance-related topics, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the interrelations between markets.
Course is also available in Fast Track basis. Under fast track basis, semester abroad is omitted and you shorten your internship period. This allows you to complete your Master degree in only 3 semesters with 90 ECTS.
Note: In financial management, you have the opportunity to acquire an international double degree. The Master program Geosciences is a research-oriented program. Based on the fundamentals and methodological knowledge gained within the previous program, Advanced geoscientific expertise is acquired from within the specific subject areas of geodynamics, mineralogy, biogeology and exploration geology. The Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering initially provides a general engineering, mathematical and scientific education to students preparing them for a continuation of the studies in one Master degree with the goal of a doctorate or a job with a strong scientific focus. In addition to internationally applicable construction laws obtained in this program, students also learn about national regulations and standards. Upon completion of this program, graduates have numerous opportunities for employment both nationally and internationally.
