The Master program provides the in-depth knowledge required for a more research-oriented professional activity in epidemiological fields, as well as the skills to develop and communicate scientific results. Epidemiology examines the distribution and influencing factors of health-related conditions and events in the population and applied the knowledge gained to control health problems. The aim of the Epidemiology Master program is to safely analyze health challenges at national and international level, to plan and conduct studies and to implement their results.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Master of Science in Digital Health is a program jointly founded by the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) and the University of Potsdam (UP). During their studies, students acquire the skills to analyze, design and implement complex and secure IT systems and infrastructures in the healthcare field. They further deal with ethical and legal issues of relevance in the conception of health systems. The Neuro-cognitive Psychology program is an English-language study program that is taught by leading scientists in their fields, with various teaching contributions from LMU and a number of national and international partner institutions. Molecular Plant Science
