The Media Architecture study programme offers in the first instance a well-grounded further education qualification for contemporary media- and architecture-related vocations. At the same time it provides a place of experimentation  a kind of laboratory or meeting place for areas of joint research and new fields of work whose forms of expression transcend disciplinary boundaries. The core element of the study programme is the project module which  through intensive ongoing supervision and experimental exploration  provides an opportunity to develop exemplary responses to issues that are currently unresolved. As the student  you can determine the relative degree of theoretical or practical work in your project work according to your individual requirements. Coursework is conducted jointly in interdisciplinary project groups  giving you the chance to learn outside of disciplinary boundaries and to train your ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. The study course is open to new professions arising in the broad spectrum between architecture and new media.

The study programme is bilingual; The language of instruction is English. The degree programme must ensure that an adequate number of
courses are offered in English. With sufficient knowledge of German  students may also attend courses
taught in German. All academic activities  including all oral and written assignments and examinations  are
conducted or administered in English. Students are required to write and present their Master thesis in
English.

This program seeks students to enhance students’ knowledge of pharmaceutical products and processes in response to industry needs  especially in pharmaceutical production and development.The Pharmaceutical Technology  Purification Techniques  Cell Culture Systems and Bioanalytics modules follow the typical sequence of development of a new active ingredient in the pharmaceutical industry. In this way  you will learn to recognise the links between the identification  production and administration of active substances  come to understand the meaning of pharmacological parameters  and engage with quality control and quality assurance for developed products. The Academy works to make all modern artistic forms and expressions conceivable and to understand them in their correct social and historical-critical settings. The support of each student's individual growth is the cornerstone of this type of education.

Diverging aesthetic perspectives are essential to creative discourse. For this reason, experts from a wide range of disciplines are frequently invited as guests; as a result, students can learn about subjects that don't initially seem to have anything to do with art. The range of artistic activity is stimulated and widened via shifting appointments and guest professorships.

Students from Germany and throughout the world live and study together, sharing their varied theological and cultural origins. 92 students from 33 different nations are currently enrolled at the FIT, including those enrolled in the Master's program in "Intercultural Theology," which is provided in collaboration with the University of Göttingen.
At FIT, students can study intercultural theology from countries including Egypt, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Germany, Georgia, Ghana, India, Iran, Cameroon, Kenya, Korea, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, USA, and Belarus.

The goal of the research project is to promote academic achievements in the areas of migration and religion, international diaconia, and development in an environment related to the church and to establish the FIT as a reputable institution for intercultural, theological, and interfaith scholarship.

The following fields are the focus of the academic research conducted by FIT faculty members in conformity with this objective:

•        Biblical research from an intercultural perspective
•        Intercultural history of Christianity
•        Systematic theology and hermeneutics from an intercultural perspective
•        Mission studies and international diaconia
•        Social work from an intercultural perspective
•        Religious studies and inter-faith encounters
•        Development studies

The FIT library is centrally placed on the campus grounds and houses around 65,000 books, many of which are in the subjects of intercultural theology, mission studies, history of religion and Christianity, bible studies, migration, social work, and development studies. Students, instructors, and staff at FIT have continuous access to the library.

University of Applied Sciences for Intercultural Theology (FIT) Hermannsburg

The University of Koblenz-Landau is a recent institution with a sizeable student body. In 1990, it emerged from a university of educational science. Eight departments are housed on its two campuses in Koblenz and Landau, and the President's Office is located in Mainz. The three interconnected, multidisciplinary profile areas of "Education," "People," and "Environment" are now where research and instruction are aligned.

The University of Koblenz welcomes more than 1,700 first-year students. The 1990-founded university was modelled after a number of earlier colleges in Koblenz, Landau, Neuwied, Worms, Kaiserslautern, and Trier.
Now its has 9,071 students, and 19.04 percent of them are in their first semester. Women make up 59.19 percent of the population. In the coming days, more first-semester students will enroll in the many courses offered on campus as late-determiners, and those who have moved up do so.

The University of Koblenz-Landau has also completed bilateral, subject-related Erasmus agreements with almost 200 universities and submitted a successful application for the Erasmus+ participation calculation. Students at the University of Koblenz-Landau now have the chance to conduct an Erasmus study visit at one of the partner institutions.

Currently, Erasmus is available to participants from all 27 EU member states as well as Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

You can choose from a variety of courses at the University of Koblenz-Landau in the areas of education, humanities, and natural, cultural, social, and environmental sciences. Additionally, you have access to courses in computer science, psychology, and the two-subject bachelor's degree.


University of Koblenz-Landau

Witten/Herdecke University is a private, state-recognized, non-profit university in Witten, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It was the first private university in Germany to be accredited as a "Universität," a designation that acknowledges the university's academic standing as being on par with public universities and gives it the status to grant bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees as well as the German Habilitation.

For more than 30 years, the UW/H has provided courses with a future in the fields of business, politics, society, psychology, dentistry, and medicine. The University of Witten/Herdecke enrolls over 2,600 students and employs 582 people, including a faculty of 71 professors and 232 lecturers/researchers. Each year, graduate school awards a Ph.D. degree to about 100 Ph.D. candidates. The university's strength in graduate education is demonstrated by the fact that there are also more master's students than bachelor's students. Currently, the university is growing its campus and accepting more students.

The university's major department is the department of medicine. It was one among the first in Germany to provide a redesigned, integrated curriculum for medical school. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on extended clinical rotations and problem-based learning.

Admission to the university of Witten/Herdecke is based on a comprehensive, two-step process, in contrast to most other German medical schools. Of the roughly 1,400 applicants, 42 are accepted into medical school each semester.

The Witten/Herdecke University is honored to be a part of a global alliance that spans all five continents. The university has signed the "National Code of Conduct on Foreign Students at German Higher Education Institutions to ensure that international students with the support and guidance they need while studying in Germany.
