The Social Psychology: Organization, Management, Counseling (B.A.) curriculum focuses on psychological traditions that are rooted in the humanities and social sciences, with a strong focus on interpretational and qualitative methods. It follows an interdisciplinary approach, combining management studies, social psychology, organizational psychology, cognitive psychology, psychoanalysis, and cultural studies. There is a strong focus on applied skills like coaching, counseling and consulting, but also in the reflective potential of psychology for transforming our world into a better one. 

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The four-semester MBA distance learning program Logistics - International Management and Consulting imparts knowledge and competencies that logisticians need to analyze, act and decide professionally on an interdisciplinary and international strategic level. Beyond the classical three areas of logistics teaching - business administration, IT and technology - topics from management, consulting and soft skills relevant to the practice of logistics are included and deepened. In the Film, Television and Digital Narratives Master programme students will focus on screenwriting, directing and producing. In two years, students will learn to write, direct and produce a variety of formats including short films, television series and feature films, documentaries and commercials.
