The BA Architecture program provides students with the skills and specialized knowledge to develop and apply creative and responsible solutions in the field of architecture. The program is firmly grounded in the vibrant city of Berlin but taught exclusively in English. It is designed to help students understand their role and responsibility as architects in any given physical and cultural context – on either a local or a global level. English studies is the study of the literature and culture of Great Britain and Ireland. One of the fundamental goals of English studies is to impart methodological competence in dealing with texts, a skill that is the basis for success in any field of work. This degree is internationally recognized and qualifies students for an Advanced Master degree. After successfully completing studies, there are numerous opportunities for students to contribute the skills they have acquired, such as critical text analysis and high communication skills, to the market, which is shaped by companies in the media and information society. The programme consists of a core with 7 modules and a minor with 8 modules as part of programme structure.

English Literature and Culture (Two-Subject)

Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz

The German-French integrated Master degree in teaching in secondary education is primarily aimed at graduates of the integrated teaching Bachelor program in Mainz-Dijon. It builds on the achievements made in the Bachelor degree and thus makes it possible to maintain the binational orientation of the course. After completing the M.Ed. Mainz-Dijon choose whether to complete the practical school training nationally or complete the training binationally in the German-French preparatory service. 

Master of Education / Master MEEF (binational)

The Master program in Sports Ethics and Integrity equip students for high-level careers in sports administration and governance, with a focus on ethical sports, integrity and compliance. Students will receive training that enables them to identify ethical issues, engage in moral thinking, and translate decisions into moral actions – the three core skills required to develop sports integrity. The program will support students in developing an ethical mind-set and transferable skills that are indispensable for addressing the value and integrity issues facing national and international sporting federations, national Olympic Committees, and Paralympic Committees.

Sports Ethics and Integrity

The Master programme is designed to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of English literatures and cultures and a methodological approach to literary studies. The programme is designed to prepare and qualify for employment in the cultural professions and the media, academic posts as well as for a broad range of jobs requiring sophisticated Competencies in the writing of texts, in organisation, and communication.

The Semester contributions totaling 315.64 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Semester fee 50.00 EUR, Contribution to the student body fee 9.75 EUR, Contribution to Student Services fee 54.09 EUR, Semester ticket for public transport 193.80 EUR and Solidarity contribution to the semester ticket 8.00 EUR

English Literatures

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

The aim of the course is to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the physical and technical fundamentals in the field of quantum engineering as well as sound knowledge of the theoretical and experimental methods for obtaining new knowledge, including the necessary ability to abstract, analytical thinking, ability to to structure complex relationships and to be able to contribute successfully to the economy. Geared towards basic research, students receive a broad-based scientific education with a focus on nanosciences and quantum technology, which includes all the necessary knowledge in experimental physics, internships, theoretical physics and also an individual specialization.

Quantum Engineering

Master of Science in Business Development focuses on business planning and innovation in a digitised and globalised world. Students will learn to apply Advanced tools and processes, including collecting and analysing numerical data in large quantities, when developing new products and services. Knowledge in applied maths and stats is equally important in this context as are negotiation and project management skills. Students learn to run complex projects successfully, structure change processes and actively embrace and design digital thinking in companies.

Business Development

HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration

The study programme is realised as a Double Degree Master in Sustainability and Environmental Psychology in cooperation with the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Accordingly, the programme covers both human perception and behaviour related to sustainable development on the one hand and the interplay between humans and their natural and built environments on the other hand. The programme focuses on psychological processes such as problem-solving, decision-making, self-regulation, social identification, attitude change, or conflict resolution and their impacts on present and future generations quality of life.

Psychology and Sustainability

Leuphana University Lüneburg

The English-language North American Studies Master program deals with the complex literature and cultures of North American, particularly the USA and Canada, but also the Caribbean and Latin American, and performs interdisciplinary teaching and research work. Central investigative aspects are the multifaceted interculturalism of the respective countries, which are analyzed using newly developed, transnational and cross-border methods and disciplines, among others. The program qualifies graduates for working in research and teaching in the field of North American literature and cultural studies, in editorial professions (journalism, publishing), mediation roles in the intercultural field (language, cultural mediation), professions in administrative services, work in foreign service (EU, UN, embassies) and in international corporations (public relations, management).

North American Studies

Philipps-Universität Marburg

Master programme in Integrative Neurosciences focuses on the neural basis of animal and human behaviour. The programme is research-oriented and covers an exceptionally wide range of neuroscience areas (molecular, cellular, systems, behavioural, cognitive, theoretical), but consists of comparatively few courses that are correspondingly intensive. In addition, the programme imparts quantitative and computational skills, which are increasingly important in all areas of neuroscience.
