Course Details

The Master of Science in Epidemiology provides education and training in epidemiologic research methods, study design and data analysis. Note: The program is offered in a full-time or part-time format. Full-time students complete the program in 2 semesters (12 months). Part-time students can complete the program over the course of 4 semesters (2 years). An individual course plan can also be developed to fit your personal schedule.

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes a university degree in social sciences, humanities, natural sciences or medicine with a minimum of 240 ECTS or equivalent (four years of regular course work) and at least one year of qualified professional work experience.

Students are encouraged to have a basic mathematical aptitude and good knowledge of statistics.

Following test results can serve as proof of English proficiency: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) or Cambridge English: Business Higher (BEC H) or Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) or Cambridge English: Business Vantage (BEC V) or UNIcert II, III or IV certificate minimum score of 60 in BULATS or ICFE - International Certificate in Financial English or ILEC - International Legal English Certificate or Level 3 in LCCI

In TOEIC, the listening/reading level should be 785 and the speaking/writing level should be 310

Native speakers, applicants completed degree program in English, High school diploma with English as medium of instruction, professional experience in an English speaking environment, or list of English language publications are exempted from providing language certificates
