The European Studies Master degree program at Europa-Universität Flensburg focuses mainly on regional development. Some municipal and regional agencies and organizations prioritize promoting cultural educational and societal underlying conditions in certain areas in order to ensure the constant growth and development of the population’s living conditions. Thus there is a demand for trained staff whose knowledge and skills enable them help prepare support and implement development tasks in European regions.This is an international program with students from all over the world. A key focus is to give students a comprehensive and detailed overview of relevant topics in the humanities and social sciences such as economic and political theories European law European ideas and European contemporary history.
