The (Research) Master degree programme in Quantitative Economics (QE) is organized jointly by the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics and the Center for Mathematical Economics (IMW). The MA Communication Design and Creative Strategies Master program is future-oriented. It teaches the key skills that are expected of creative people in managerial positions. The goal is sound mastery of the entire design-oriented value-added process, in theory and practice.

Notes teaching language depends based on location chosen. Course taught in English if location Berlin chosen and course taught in German if location Cologne chosen.

Communication design and creative strategies

The Forensic Sciences degree programme teaches skills in forensic analytics with a focus on chemistry, materials science and biology. The natural sciences training is supplemented by criminological work at the crime scene, the law and quality assurance.

Forensic Sciences

Autonomous Systems (MSc) course deals with enabling and integrating the necessary intelligence behind the autonomous behavior of artificial agents rather than on the hardware-related aspects of robotics.

English language certification submission includes exemptions to applicants who meet any of the following criteria: Candidates who have earned a Bachelor’s degree from universities in Australia, Bahamas, Canada, New Zealand, UK, and US. Candidates who have earned degrees from English-language degree programs in Germany

In the Master Program in Industrial Informatics you will acquire in-depth knowledge in the application of electrical engineering and computer science from automation systems to robotics and mechatronics; embedded systems to modeling and visualization; network technologies to safety concepts.

Industrial Informatics

Hochschule Emden/Leer - University of Applied Sciences

Master program in Engineering physics is offered jointly by the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, and is intended to fill the gap between traditional physics and engineering. Students gain a comprehensive understanding in selected areas of physics. Additionally, the application of physics and engineering is elaborated upon in a focal area that can be chosen from Laser and Optics, Biomedical Physics, Acoustics and Renewable Energies.

Engineering physics

International Project Management (IPM) is designed for professionals in the fields of construction, infrastructure or engineering; equipping them to take leading roles in complex international projects.
Attracting  experienced postgraduates from around the world, our Master programme offers two specialisations, IBPM and IITM. The specialisations IBPM - International Building Project Management provides you with the knowledge and tools to structure and manage complex superstructure projects: either self-employed, as a lead consultant for an international company or as a leading architect or engineer. The specialization IITM - International Infrastructure Technology and Management will equip you with the technical and managerial skills to successfully develop and implement strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Semester contribution includes 122.20 EUR as student union fee, 70.00 EUR as administrative fee, 12.00 EUR as student union fee, and 11.00 EUR as student card fee (one-time fee at the beginning of your studies)

Proof of English is not required for native speakers

Applicants can opt to study MBA as a part of dual degree program.

Master International Project Management (Architecture and Design major)

Master in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics course deals with scientific and practice-oriented education in the fields of photogrammetry, remote sensing and geoinformation science in addition to your professional background. An important objective is the transfer of up-to-date techniques into practice under different technological conditions. The course is designed in particular for future decision-makers and senior engineers of information and land management projects, national authorities for mapping, photogrammetry, land consolidation, forestry, agriculture, environment, rural or urban planning.

Applicants who are unable to take the TOEFL test at a test center due to pandemic restrictions will be temporarily offered the TOEFL Special Home Edition test

Master Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics (major surveying)

This consecutive degree programme provides Its students with broad foundation in the principles of Business Administration with an international and application oriented Global Supply Chain and Operations Management approach. Building on and extending Bachelor’s level knowledge and experience, it provides students with the opportunity to work independently to develop an innovative problem-solving approach. The course teaches analytic skills, the development of goal-oriented operative and strategic measures and their implementation in new and broad based contexts.

Note: 3 semesters without internship, 4 semesters with internship

Oxford Test of English with at least 126 points and UNIcert II can be used as proof of english proficiency
