The Illustration programme will make you to tell stories through drawing and to convey messages through imagery, develop an understanding of the interplay between image and text, learn methods and techniques of research, conception and visual implementation. Informed by storytelling principles, You'll develop your own designs for a variety of illustration projects including graphic novels and children's books. Manual printing techniques such as silkscreen, risography and etching make up the curriculum along with digital applications and software, typography, editorial design and editorial illustration.

EU applicants have to pay 500 EUR and non-EU applicants have to pay 900 EUR as enrollment fee
Minimum requirement includes general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). In case you have not graduated yet, please apply with your existing transcripts or your latest interim certificate. However, final degree certificate is needed before you can start your studies.
As a part of admission requirement, applicants have to attend a personal/phone interview.
Linguaskill with 176 - 184 (CES); TOEIC levels of Listening/Reading 785, Speaking 160, Writing 150 and TOEFL scores of 87 ibt for direct recording and 79-86 ibt with additional agreement are accepted as proof of language requirement
