The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) is a research and education center in intellectual property and competition law based in Munich, Germany. It was founded in 2003. The MIPLC is a collaboration between the Law School at George Washington University and three top-notch German institutions: the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, the University of Augsburg, and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences was renamed RheinMain University of Applied Sciences (German: Hochschule RheinMain), a public university in the state of Hesse with campuses in Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim am Main.  The five main faculties are broken up into study area.
