In the Master program International Energy Engineering you will learn the necessary engineering contexts, procedures and concepts in an international environment. This will lead to a sound expertise in all areas of environmentally friendly energy engineering, which you can deepen according to your individual inclinations. In the course of your studies, you will mainly work and research in the field of environmentally friendly energy technologies. Furthermore, you will deal with potentials and economic efficiency, supply and demand of energy. Through additional subjects in the field of energy law, innovation management and intercultural competence and communication, you will also expand your competencies in the area of soft skills. Applicants with less than 210 ECTS need to complete a additional bridge semester acquiring 30 ECTS, which increases the course duration by one semester. It is also recommended for applicants with 210 ECTS but not necessary.

Minimum entry requirements include a Bachelor or diploma studies in engineering course of study or equivalent with an overall final grade of 2.5 or better.
Successful completion of aptitude assessment.

Applicants with 210 ECTS can apply for the summer semester starting from March 15 and applicants with 180 ECTS can only apply for the winter semester starting from October 1.
