The goal of International Master of Science in Rural Development (IMRD) is to train professionals that contribute to solving socio-economic, natural resource and agricultural challenges in rural communities. The multi-disciplinary approach stimulate students to gain a wide perspective of Rural Development and build an international network. Requirements
Entry Requirements
Minimum requirement includes at least an academic Bachelor degree of minimum 3 years from a university or recognized equivalent. This degree is preferably in the field of bioscience engineering or agricultural sciences with good overall scores. Other degrees can also be accepted if you meet the requirements below.
You must demonstrate through your transcript of records that you have basic academic training in: (i) mathematics and/or statistics; (ii) life sciences; and (iii) social sciences and/or rural development and/or economics.
Students in the last year of their Bachelor studies can also apply, provided that they will obtain their degree before the start of the International Master of Science in Rural Development (IMRD) programme.
