The Master degree “International Product and Service Management” is to convey the future Master graduates the professional methodological and social skills that are necessary for the independent development and application of scientific knowledge and processes. The graduates also should learn how to act responsible in business and society. With the academic degree “Master of Arts” short form: “M.A.” the graduates receive the qualification for doctoral studies.The students should acquire the requirements to face successfully the challenges of an internationalised world. The students should develop their personality to be able to: think and act entrepreneurially actively shape innovations reflect ethically on their actions. It is important to enable them to act as bridge builders between the disciplines. They should be able to analyze complex contexts and to react flexibly in them. Therefore corresponding knowledge skills and abilities are established. The focus of the Master course “International Product and Service Management” is the application-oriented science based preparation of the students for occupational acting.The technical and economic focus of this degree course gives you skills in brainstorming product development and design as well as marketing. Coupled with social skills such as crisis management networked thinking and working in a team you are able to successfully accompany a product from the idea through development and production to marketing and disposal.
