The Brand Management Master combines business management knowledge with different focal points, which qualify for activities in marketing, trade, purchasing or sales in the luxury and consumer goods industry. In addition to project work and excursions, the Master Sales Management also includes a twelve-week practical phase. The majority of their lecturers have practical experience and work in companies such as Montblanc, Hugo Boss or Procter and Gamble. Course is also available in Fast Track basis. Under fast track basis, semester abroad is omitted and you shorten your internship period. This allows you to complete your Master degree in only 3 semesters with 90 ECTS. Note: An international double degree can be obtained in fashion management. In addition to the Master degree at the ISM, you can also obtain a second, internationally recognized Master degree in two or two and a half years. The decisive step for your international career is supported by the expansion of your personal network with international students and lecturers. Students from EU and EWR have to pay an enrollment fee of 600 EUR and Non-EU-students have to pay 1500 EUR
Students having signed their admission contract by December will pay fee of 6,280 EUR for course held in Dortmund, Cologne, Stuttgart and Berlin, 6,480 EUR for course held in Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Hamburg and additionally 1,200 EUR for Master thesis
Students having signed their admission contract by January will pay fee of 5,700 EUR for all campuses (Master thesis fee already included)
Early Bird Discount: Students can save 1,500 EUR when they sign a contract for the winter term by March
Last Call Discount: Students can save 500 EUR when they sign a contract for the winter term by June 15th
Minimum requirement includes first degree (at least 180 ECTS points) at least 30 ECTS points in the fields of business sciences, business psychology, or a media and communication studies. If you have not studied for a Bachelor degree in economics or if your quantitative ECTS points are not sufficient, you can prepare yourself for your management studies with the ISM Pre-Master.
Qualified professional experience or internships can be used to compensate for a lack of field-specific ECTS points. Field-specific activities include those in the areas of marketing, sales, retail, purchasing, and logistics..
The admission process consists of a case study and an interview. You will present your results of the case study in an oral presentation on the day of the admission test.
Prerequisite for fast track program is 210 ECTS from your Bachelor (an alternative admission to Fast Track is possible via demonstrated work experience or by taking the ISM Pre-Master).
English language proficiency can also be proven as follows: Cambridge (FCE) test score or a degree in English Studies or at least 30 ECTS in an English-language higher education program or a native speaker (will be assessed on a case-by-case basis)
