Master in English and American Literatures, Cultures, and Media will deepen your knowledge of current research questions and methods. At the end of your time at the University of Kiel, you should be able to apply differentiated methodological and analytical skills and thus be able to independently expand your scientific knowledge with valuable content.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The practice-oriented Master in Law and Economics of the Arab Region provides in-depth knowledge for economic analyses of the legislation with this unique geographic focus. Graduates are awarded a double degree: a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universität Hamburg (Master of Law, LLM) and an economics degree from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science (FEPS) at Cairo University (Master of Economics, MSc).
Students learn to apply the tools of economics and social sciences to legal issues. They are subsequently able to communicate economic analyses of legislation and formulate policy recommendations. The program is partially funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) via the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The program in European Interdisciplinary Master African Studies is built on the outstanding and internationally recognised strengths of the Universität Bayreuth (UBT) in Germany, the Université Bordeaux Montaigne (UBM) in France, and the Universidade do Porto (UP) in Portugal, in the framework of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD). Students  acquire a wide range of practice-oriented knowledge of Global Africa, to enhance their analytical and communication skills and to strengthen their ability to work independently, which will significantly increase their employability. The consortium’s wide range of already existing collaborations with academic and non-academic partners such as government representatives, NGOs, corporate and diplomatic protagonists in Europe, Africa and beyond ensures the best possible connection to the global job market.

European Interdisciplinary Master African Studies (EIMAS)

The MBA in Leadership and Sales Management focuses on the development of those key skills that distinguish leaders in the sales industry - communicative persuasion, performance orientation and a flair for innovation. Tailored to the economic challenges of the 21st century, the students develop a future-oriented way of thinking with which they can assume responsibility as an interface between company management, specialist managers and internal and external stakeholders.
Note: The course can be completed in minimum duration of 18 months (faster) or can be extended up to 30 months (more flexible).
