Our Mining Engineering students will be trained in a diversity of fields regarding the raw material production. The main focus is on gaining in-depth knowledge in exploration  extraction  conveying and the processing of raw materials. In addition  students will gain practice from outside the main subject such as interpersonal skills. The combination of different disciplines guarantees a complete preparation for the graduate’s future professional development as a mining engineer. The student will achieve competence from both university and internships and thus be able to cope with functions in leadership and engineering practice  also working interdisciplinary and considering sustainability.



It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Master degree programme in Translational Medical Research  focuses on the transfer of knowledge derived from basic molecular and cellular research into new approaches for the diagnosis and therapy of disease, and on the translation of unmet clinical needs into basic research questions that can be addressed through experimentation. The importance of innovation and entrepreneurship for effective translation is also considered. Accordingly, the Master degree programme provides students in the interdisciplinary field of translational medical research with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in research at the frontiers between fundamental laboratory-based experimentation, clinical research and commercial exploitation.

Translational Medical Research

Master in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering (MSc) is a multidisciplinary program that offers a possibility to gain a broad knowledge in both biotechnological processes and classical chemical engineering. Close collaboration of these disciplines is a special feature of the engineering departments at TU Hamburg in both education and research. Apart from the basic knowledge in biological and biocatalytic processes, separation technologies, mechanical and reaction engineering, Master students will get an insight into the most challenging problems on the boundaries between these disciplines and participate in the collaborative research of several departments.

The International Experimental and Clinical Linguistics (IECL) provides an Advanced academic training in research methodology in a flexible format and prepares students for a scientific career in the areas of psycho- and neurolinguistics. The Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences: Technology, Business, and Design (or simply University of Wismar) is Germany's third-largest and third-oldest public university. The university, which began as an engineering academy in 1908, has become an important part of the city's cultural life.
 
 Since 2007, the university has been restructured and now has three faculties that correspond to the three subjects mentioned in its name: technology, business, and design. Mechanical, Process and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Multimedia Engineering, and Maritime Studies are among the courses offered by the Faculty of Engineering. The Business Faculty offers courses in Business Administration, Business Law, and Business Informatics. The Faculty of Design encompasses courses in Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Communication Design.

The Technische Universität Braunschweig, or TU Braunschweig, is the oldest Technische Universität in Germany, It was established in 1745 and is a part of the largest and most prestigious group of German technical institutes, known as TU9. The Bergische Universität Wuppertal - Uni Wuppertal for short and unofficially BUW  - was founded in 1972 as part of the NRW education initiative as a comprehensive university. 

The university has over 23,000 students enrolled, including over 2,500 freshmen. About 1030 of these were taught by 260 instructors across three university campuses. A hundred or so courses were offered at the same time.
