The aim of the Master programme Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering is to enable you to work independently as an engineer in a prominent position in the maritime industry. The degree programme completes and deepens the Competencies acquired in the Bachelor programmes and enables you to work as a responsible specialist for overarching tasks or in a special field and to take on management tasks.

Semester fee of roughly 390 EUR per semester. The semester fee covers your student ticket that entitles you to free public transportation in Bremen as well as to Lower Saxony and Hamburg
Applicants should have a first professionally qualifying degree with an average grade of at least ‘good’ (2.5). This can be a Bachelor degree or Diploma from a university, a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) or a comparable foreign higher education institution in subject areas relevant to the chosen programme, graded academic work amounting to at least 210 points according to ECTS or equivalent achievements in accordance with the respective national grading system.
