Master program in Physics of the Earth and Atmosphere provides the necessary knowledge of geophysics and meteorology, which then leads to an understanding of the various processes in the Earth system. Students will also receive insights into current research in the fields of measurement and modeling in both subject areas.

The Semester contributions totalling 318.05 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes AStA contribution fee 9.00 EUR, Student Sport fee 1.75 EUR, NRW semester ticket fee 202.30 EUR, Faculty Assignment fee 2.50 EUR, Administrative and hardship contribution fee 2.50 EUR and KStW fee 100.00 EUR
Minimum requirement includes a Bachelor of Science in geophysics and/or meteorology and/or physics containing at least 20 CP (credit points) in mathematics and 20 CP in physics or equivalent with marginal grade of 3.0.
Applicants from China, India and Vietnam are required to submit APS certificate
Proof of other qualifications (e.g. work experience, periods of time abroad, internships if applicable)
