The Media Architecture study programme offers in the first instance a well-grounded further education qualification for contemporary media- and architecture-related vocations. At the same time it provides a place of experimentation  a kind of laboratory or meeting place for areas of joint research and new fields of work whose forms of expression transcend disciplinary boundaries. The core element of the study programme is the project module which  through intensive ongoing supervision and experimental exploration  provides an opportunity to develop exemplary responses to issues that are currently unresolved. As the student  you can determine the relative degree of theoretical or practical work in your project work according to your individual requirements. Coursework is conducted jointly in interdisciplinary project groups  giving you the chance to learn outside of disciplinary boundaries and to train your ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. The study course is open to new professions arising in the broad spectrum between architecture and new media.

The study programme is bilingual; The language of instruction is English. The degree programme must ensure that an adequate number of
courses are offered in English. With sufficient knowledge of German  students may also attend courses
taught in German. All academic activities  including all oral and written assignments and examinations  are
conducted or administered in English. Students are required to write and present their Master thesis in
English.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The semester contribution is 196.00 EUR and the contribution is comprised 74.00 EUR Studierendenwerk fee, 68.50 EUR Thuringia ticket of DB Regio, 34.40 EUR Weimar public transport ticket, 12.10 EUR Central Thuringian public transport ticket and 7.00 EUR ticket for DNT and Klassik Stiftung Weimar

Applicants whose mother tongue is neither English or German are required to provide language skills. Exceptions are possible if proof of a university degree from an English and/ or German-speaking country can be provided.

The MSc Psychology in Sport and Exercise includes aspects of psychology, sport and health from an international perspective. The course will provide the academic knowledge and foundational research skills necessary to pursue careers in research or applied fields.The MSc Psychology in Sport and Exercise is suitable for graduates with a degree in psychology or a degree in sport science. The Nürtingen-Geislingen University (German: Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen) is a public university of applied sciences in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. In 2013, the HfWU successfully completed system accreditation and received the Accreditation Council seal. The HfWU is the 15th university in the country to be system-accredited, ranking fourth in Baden-Württemberg.
 
 At Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, 128 professors and 429 lecturers instruct 5309 students in 31 courses, 16 of which are bachelor's and 15 of which are masters.
