The entry requirement for the Master degree program is a university degree with competent final degree grades in physics, science or a scientific engineering discipline whose curriculum covers the subject entry requirements (e.g. physics, physics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/electronics, mechatronics) with US-GPA above 2.5 (is equal to German grading system 2,5 or less).
Additionally, Applicants having Bachelor degree with 210 ECTS can opt for 3-semester programme with 90 ECTS or Applicants having Bachelor degree with 180 ECTS can opt for 4-semester programme with 120 ECTS.
Students from India, China and Vietnam should provide APS certificate
