Robotics is an innovative and rapidly growing field of technology. The bachelor’s programme prepares prospective engineers for future challenges in the area of robotics with a mix of theoretical and practical education and opens the door to a promising field of employment. Driven by the digitisation of production and recent progress in artificial intelligence, there is a growing need for robots. This results in a high and long-term demand for academically qualified robotics engineers. In addition to robotics, the Bachelor programme also qualifies students for cross-sectional activities in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
