Minimum requirement includes a first university degree in computer science or computer science-related disciplines (e.g. business informatics), mathematics and natural or engineering sciences. In addition, evidence of at least two years of professional experience in the field of embedded systems after the first degree must be provided, of which at least one year must be in the context of software development.

Applicants without a first degree have the opportunity to qualify for the programme by taking an aptitude test if they have sufficient relevant professional experience.
