Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (also known as LMU or simply the University of Munich; German: Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) is a public research university in Munich, Germany, and the country's sixth oldest continuously operating university. The Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences is a public university with two campuses. One site is in Magdeburg, the capital city of Saxony-Anhalt, and the other is in Stendal. South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences

Technische Universität Dresden, abbreviated as TUD and frequently mistranslated as "Dresden University of Technology," is a public research university that has 32,389 students as of 2018. It is the largest institution of higher learning in the city of Dresden, the largest university in Saxony, and one of the top ten universities in Germany.

The institution is a part of TU9, a grouping of the top nine German technical universities. The institution earned the designation of "University of Excellence" in 2012 as one of eleven German universities that completed the Excellence Initiative successfully. The TU Dresden was successful in each of the German Universities Excellence Initiative's three rounds (Future Concept, Graduate Schools, Clusters of Excellence). There are 14 faculties at TU Dresden. With the exception of the Faculty of Medicine, which has its own campus near the Elbe river east of the city center and the Department of Forestry at Tharandt, almost all faculties are located on the main campus, which is located south of the city center.

The TUD has a solid reputation overseas; around one-eighth of its students are international. Currently, 8.300 people from 70 different nations work at Technische Universität Dresden. Technische Universität Dresden

Bundeswehr University Munich, also known as Universität der Bundeswehr München or UniBw München, is one of the two federal research institutions in Germany that were established in 1973 as components of the German Armed Forces. The university is situated in Neubiberg, a town in the southern region of Munich, Bavaria.

Universität der Bundeswehr München is structured similarly to a typical university. There are 1,100 (non-military) workers who work with 3,400 students, including 163 full professors.

The library provides its clients with printed and electronic scientific publications in its capacity as a central service facility. Universität Hamburg is a young institution, having been founded in 1919. However, it has historical roots that go back to the 17th century. The University of Applied Sciences for Intercultural Theology Hermannsburg (FIT) was founded and accredited in 2012. The goal of the research project is to promote academic achievements in the areas of migration and religion, international diaconia, and development in an environment related to the church and to establish the FIT as a reputable institution for intercultural, theological, and interfaith scholarship.

The following fields are the focus of the academic research conducted by FIT faculty members in conformity with this objective:

University of Applied Sciences for Intercultural Theology (FIT) Hermannsburg

The University of Education was established in 1962 and relocated to Ludwigsburg in 1966. It is the biggest of the six universities of education in Baden-Wuerttemberg, with around 6,000 students and more than 470 employees. The doctoral and post-doctoral degrees offered by these universities of education put them on par with traditional universities. In their research and instruction, they prioritize challenges related to educational science.

The Ludwigsburg University of Education (LUE) is a cutting-edge hub of expertise for educational sciences in four closely related fields: extracurricular children's and youth education, adult/further education, and education in cultural and social sectors.

University of Education Ludwigsburg

Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd is a public research university in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is also known as PH Schwäbisch Gmünd, PHSG, or University of Education Schwäbisch Gmünd. It was established in 1825 as Pädagogisches Institut Schwäbisch Gmünd and became a university in 1962. It is now a component of the Baden-Württemberg Pädagogische Hochschulsystem.

The institution has two faculties and provides 11 master's degree programs in addition to nine bachelor's degree programs. Two significant campuses make up PH Schwäbisch Gmünd: the main campus and administrative center are located in Oberbettringen, and the downtown campus is located in the city (campus for music students). Although English and other contemporary foreign languages are frequently taught, German is often the language of teaching.

PH Schwäbisch Gmünd had a total enrollment of 2.843 students, of which only 651 were men and about 2.192 were women. While 652 individuals pursued bachelor's degrees in non-teaching, 1.857 of the entire student body studied and received training in teaching. 

At the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd, 273 persons were employed. 180 of these 273 individuals were members of the academic staff. 50 of them are currently employed as lecturing professors, 110 are engaged in scientific research, and 20 work for outside employers.

The Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd only has two faculties because it was created specifically to train future teachers.
