The Master program in Human Resource Management and Leadership Master degree will focus on all the essential teaching contents, which belong to a Business Master. These include Business Economics, Corporate Governance, Value-Based Management, and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. Elective subjects offer a further individualization option.

The Master program M.Sc. Business Psychology is aimed at graduates of psychology programs and is also open to lateral entrants from social and economic science fields of study (details under admission requirements). The program provides in-depth knowledge of business psychology, which is becoming increasingly important in a market characterized by fierce competition for economic resources, personal attention or professional talent.

The Master program M.Sc. Business Psychology can be studied at Campus Berlin and Campus Frankfurt Main in English (M.Sc. Business Psychology) and at HMKW Cologne bilingually in German and English.

Regardless of the working language of the respective program, Master theses at HMKW can generally be written in German or English. For examinations, this rule applied only by individual agreement and requires the consent of the lecturer of the respective module.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Merseburg University of Applied Sciences

The German public research university University of Mannheim, also known as UMA, is located in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg.

The university offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees in information systems, business administration, economics, law, social sciences, and humanities. The university's main campus is at the Mannheim Palace, and both campuses are in the heart of the city. The university includes 200 professors, 840 academic staff members, and about 12,000 full-time students. Its overall budget is 140 million euros. It is divided into two graduate colleges and five schools.

Numerous domestic and foreign partners work with university researchers. The university maintains close ties with the Institut für Deutsche Sprache, the GESIS Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, and the ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, three of Germany's top institutions for economic research (IDS). One of the top organizations of its sort internationally is the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES), the largest research center for social sciences at a German university.

Mannheim is a tolerant, multicultural city with many diverse aspects because it is home to people from more than 170 different countries.

There are five schools at the University of Mannheim:

•	School of Business Informatics and Mathematics (1967)

As well as two graduate colleges:
•	Mannheim Business School (2005)
•	Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences (2007)
