The Master Program Physical Biology of Cells and Cell Interactions is based on the mission statement of the Goethe University. Research and teaching take place at an international level and promote the acquisition of an in-depth research-oriented education in the fields of cell biology and physical biology. 
The Master programme provides students with an understanding of fundamental life processes from cell growth, cell to cell communication and differentiation to hormonal, inflammatory, angiogenic signaling and aging. These processes are studied in context of cells, tissues and model organisms. The Bachelor program focuses on the English language and the cultures and literatures of English-speaking regions. The goal of the course is to impart sound knowledge in these areas. The possibility of specializing in the regional focus "Great Britain", "USA" or "other anglophone regions" enable a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the language and culture of an anglophone region. This program offered as a double degree program in cooperation with Ruhr University Bochum and TU Dortmund.

Master program in Media Technology helps students to acquire skills in the fields of media technology, media informatics and other engineering sciences. Due to the great freedom in the choice of modules, students can set their own focus in their studies. Students acquire competencies in the research and development of new methods and algorithms for the production, processing, transmission, storage and playback of media content. This includes professional video and audio technology, virtual and mixed reality or the development of internet applications.

Engineering Physics program provides you with skills and experience to develop new technologies and interdisciplinary engineering projects. Apart from profound basics in natural sciences, the students acquire practice-oriented skills from engineering and applied computer sciences. In this versatile study program the students learn how to solve problems scientifically and thus are prepared to meet the needs of future development and advances in technology.
The second year of the program takes place at one of our partner universities (USST Shanghai, China, University of Twente, Netherlands and University of Winnipeg, Netherland) where classes are taught in English. Students will focus on Analog Circuits, Physics, Mathematics, Software Design, Signals and Systems there.

The Semester contributions totaling 106.03 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Semester ticket 54.03 EUR and Student union fee 52 EUR
