School English is not deemed sufficient only native speakers from either the United States or Great Britain are exempted from participating in one of the above tests. Even if your chosen degree course is conducted entirely in English  it is nonetheless advisable to achieve a proficiency level in German (B2 level) before you commence your studies  to enable you to properly comprehend the procedures involved.

In all other cases  the Examination Committee shall decide on the basis of your application.

One of the greatest challenges of our time is the sustainable supply of energy to the growing world population. This requires a fundamental upheaval of the energy sector worldwide - and can only be mastered with well-trained engineers who help shape these change processes. In concrete terms, efficient energy systems must be planned, built and operated using high-performance methods. The Master program "Renewable Energy and Data Engineering" at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences prepares you for exactly these tasks.You will learn about solar, wind and water energy, biomass and conventional fuels with regard to conversion into electrical energy. Furthermore, you will acquire knowledge about energy storage, electrical grids, energy applications and energy management. In particular, you will learn the latest methods in energy informatics, data analysis, and power system modeling and simulation.Many of our professors and teaching assistants have practical work experience in global energy companies, engineering offices or consulting firms.

All coursework and exams for the first semester are in English. German is the medium of instruction and assessment in the second semester.

The semester contributions totaling 284 EUR must be paid each semester it includes State Administration Fee 70 EUR, Student Services Fee 46 EUR, Student Representative Organization Fees 18 EUR and Service Contribution 150 EUR

Native speakers are exempted from providing German language proficiency certificate

Aside from the main campus in Deggendorf, DIT's study sites in Pfarrkirchen and Cham provide an additional excellent opportunity to obtain a bachelor's and/or master's degree. Those looking to complete their studies in English in a multicultural environment will find it at the European Campus Rottal-Inn and Campus Cham.
 
 Despite its rapid growth, the campus maintains a family-like atmosphere. Student associations are actively involved in shaping campus life. Deggendorf has many advantages as a university town. The distances between the campus, the city, and the residence halls are short and can be covered on foot. There are numerous recreational opportunities due to the proximity to the Danube and the Bavarian Forest.

Offering both in-person and online or better say distant learning options, the PFH - Private Hochschule Göttingen or PFH - Private University of Applied Sciences is a private and state-recognized university of applied sciences with facilities in Göttingen and Stade.
 
 Students can create their own unique educational plan at the PFH, either on the campuses in Göttingen or Stade or through flexible distance learning while working full-time. You can earn a bachelor's or master's degree in either situation in an intriguing field like psychology, business psychology, informatics, law, or business administration. You can enroll in classes on campus that have a technology or medical focus.
