Master

The program strengthens the Competencies and specialized knowledge acquired at BA level so that students can individually apply creative and responsible solutions to tasks in the fields of interior design. It is designed to help students understand their role and responsibility as interior architects in different physical and cultural contexts – on either a local or a global level. Upon completing the program  graduates will be able to apply their profound understanding of interiors and use their design skills and their knowledge of different interior discourses to solve complex creative challenges in their field.

The program is firmly grounded in the vibrant city of Berlin but taught exclusively in English.All MA programs at Berlin International are taught in English. 

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

If you have not completed high school in a majority-English speaking country (ie. USA  UK  Canada  Australia  Ireland  New Zealand)  an approved language exam is required in order to qualify for admission. You are welcome to attend the internal Berlin International language proficiency exam. It will be hosted via the software MS Teams and participation can only be offered after an application to one of our programs

Interior Design

Berlin International University of Applied Sciences

The program physics focus is on materials research related to semiconductor devices and functional materials. This comprises identification and characterization of new materials for future silicon-based nanotechnologies  the development and investigation of innovative semiconductor devices  as integrated sensors  on the basis of new physical concepts and/or materials as well as spectroscopic analysis of interfaces and nanostructures. Moreover  concepts for the integration of new devices into existing technology platforms (e.g. the development of integrated THz radiation sources) and questions regarding technical reliability are major issues of research at the institute of physics of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. These experimental and applied research topics are supplemented by strong activities in theoretical physics in the field of condensed matter theory and non-linear physics.

Higher education entrance qualification German
All applicants with a German higher education entrance qualification can apply directly to the myBTU portal for their desired course of study programme. This applied also for students who are or were already enrolled at one of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg locations and would like to apply for a Bachelor's study programme or a change of study programme.

Higher education entrance qualification Foreign
Students who received their last entrance qualification abroad and wish to apply for a Bachelor's programme have to apply via My assist.

Physics

Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus Senftenberg

Master program in Mechatronics Engineering offers a balanced combination of mechanics, electronics and computer engineering skills plus special courses for integrating these disciplines of engineering to be able to develop and implement complex systems. The program is designed to give students deepened knowledge of principles of mechanics, electronics, control theory and computer programming. The graduates will be well prepared to pursue further studies and research nationally and internationally.

Mechatronics Engineering

The Master program in Computer Science focuses on specializing students in at least one field of computer science. Having completed this programme, graduates will be able to define, autonomously and comprehensively, computer science problems and their applications, structure theme and build abstract models. Moreover, you will have the relevant knowledge to define and implement state-of-the-art solutions. This program is offered as a double degree in cooperation with  INSA Lyon, ENSIIE Evry-Paris, SUP'COM Tunisie and ENSI Tunisie.

The programme can be studied in German and English

There is No application fee, no admission fee, no examination fee. University know that starting students studies at CODE involves necessary costs such as the semester ticket, moving to Berlin, visa application fees and so on, depending on your situation. Software Engineering

CODE University of Applied Sciences

This program within the fast-changing discipline takes future designers on a journey that explores the look, feel, and behavior to create positive experiences through technology. Interaction Design is not merely concerned with aesthetic choice. It is instead based on an understanding of user desires, needs, motivations, context, constraints, social and psychological factors to design a user experience in which technology has a role. The program is focused on a set of modules that explore the range of the discipline interaction design. As a future interaction designer student, you will choose the modules you want to explore.

Interaction Design

Computational Sciences in Engineering (CSE) is an interdisciplinary, research-oriented, international, and bilingual Master degree programme at TU Braunschweig. CSE students will solve specific engineering problems regarding physical modelling, mathematical descriptions as well as numerical simulation. They perform and evaluate complex numerical analyses of engineering processes. 

The Semester contributions totaling 367.11 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student Support Services contribution fee 110.00 EUR, Student body contribution (including the Semester Ticket) fee 182.11 EUR and Contribution to administrative fee 75 EUR

German higher education entrance certificate (Abitur) and DAAD language certificate (3xB2 and 1xC1 or higher) or a similar language certificate is accepted as proof of language requirement

Computational Sciences in Engineering (MSc)

The MSc in Environmental Engineering targets candidates with an interest in technical subjects and the natural sciences who seek to explore the topics of environment, climate change, sustainability, infrastructure and renewable energies in an interconnected context and want in future to develop concepts and solutions for major societal challenges,in the following fields of Safe, clean and efficient energy; Intelligent, environmentally friendly and integrated transport and Climate protection, environment, resource conservation and raw materials.

The Semester contributions totaling 339.06 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Social contribution (academic promotion agency) fee 110.00 EUR, ASTA (general student committee) fee 16.00 EUR, VRR ticket fee 154.56 EUR and NRW ticket fee 58.50 EUR

Cambridge FCE and a completed degree where the language of instruction is English is accepted as proof of language proficiency

Environmental Engineering

The Master degree programme in Systems Engineering is an innovation-driven engineering programme that is firmly based on the underlying physical foundations of the subject. The Semester contributions totalling 293.00 EUR must be paid each semester. Systems Engineering

Saarland University

In the Bachelor degree programme Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, students acquire a thorough grounding in Computer Science, combined with the essentials of Artificial Intelligence, opening the door to a wide range of careers. In this programme students acquire up-to-date knowledge about applied computing and the design of computer-based systems. Students deal with ethical issues, data privacy and security problems associated with the use of information processing systems. This is a Dual study program consisting of academic study and vocational training or intense practical phases.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

IELTS, Cambridge FCE, Cambridge ESOL with Level 1, MOTET,  Unicert II, LCCI with Level 3, PTE Academic with Level B2 and First study course in English is accepted as proof of language proficiency

Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence

Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt

The Bachelor in Computational Linguistics represents an interdisciplinary combination of the subjects General Linguistics and Computer Science and deals with the simulation of human language ability in computer-aided models. The students of the program acquire long-term, fundamental scientific qualifications aimed at systematic critical knowledge acquisition and knowledge progress, which establish a first general scientifically sound professional qualification in the field of Computational Linguistics. Students learn how to deal with computational linguistic issues in an appropriate and scientific manner. The career prospects after graduation are diverse.
