Data and Discourse Studies is and interdisciplinary course of studies in discourse analysis with a focus on research data. Discourse analysis deals with the relationship between language, knowledge and society. The focus is on combining language analysis with historical, sociological, philosophical or political science research. A central point is the handling of research data, their processing and digital analysis. The course focuses on how these data are collected, organized, analyzed, and interpreted. This program can also be completed as part time with semester duration of 6 or 8, where each semester offers respective individual credit points.

The Semester contributions totaling 244.58 EUR must be paid each semester. Minimum entry requirements include a Bachelor degree in related field of study or equivalent.
Note: In order to be eligible for the part-time program, applicants must first enroll themselves in the respective full-time program.
UNIcert III, Certificate in Advanced English (CAT), Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT) with 80 points, Michigan English Test (MET) with 64 points is accepted as proof of language proficiency
