The Master in Development Economics is dedicated solely to the study of development economics issues. It leads to an internationally recognized and accredited Master degree in development economics and offers research-oriented teaching that covers theoretical as well as empirical issues in economic development. This program can be completed in a option of double degree programmes in cooperation with the South African Stellenbosch University, Italian University of Florence, French University of Clermont Auvergne and University of Göttingen. Career prospects in fields of Government, International organisations, research institutions, International business are included.

It includes Administrative fee 75.00 EUR, Students body Contribution fee 14.00 EUR, Train semester ticket fee 92.44 EUR, Bus Semester ticket fee 50.90 EUR, Culture semester ticket fee 11.14 EUR and Student union fee 107.00 EUR
Minimum entry requirements include a Bachelor degree in Economics or a closely related subject with at least 150 of the 180 ECTS during admission.
Applicants must complete admission interview.
Native speaker, Degree programme taught entirely in English, Study or work stay abroad of at least two years in length in an English-speaking country within the last five years prior to submitting your application are accepted as proof of language requirement
Documents must be certified and translated in English or German
Applicants from China, Vietnam, India and Mongolia additionally have to provide an APS certificate
