As the largest branch of industry in Germany  the real estate sector is also the largest producer of CO2 emissions. This programme teaches how smart Technology can be put to use in properties to help protect the environment and make a contribution to environmental sustainability.

The interdisciplinary MA program InterAmerican Studies/Estudios InterAmericanos deals with social  cultural  historical  and political developments in the Americas both on a national and transnational level. We provide a space for an interdisciplinary dialogue between Literary  Cultural and Media Studies  Linguistics  Sociology  Political Science  and Transnational History. The Hochschule für Musik Detmold is a university-level music school in the German town of Detmold.
